If you are not satisfied with the item, they will immediately process your refund. No hassels! Plus the item always arrives when promised. Thank you Amazon...it is a pleasure shopping with you.

I will not renew Prime at S119 a year I will not renew Prime at S119 a year. IMHO it is worth $0. I would rather have the $119. IMHO customer service has gone way downhill.

0 stars Absolutly "0" stars I ordered A impact wrench through amazon--everything went through fine- Was sent e-mail with order# and expected delivery dates. So basically a week later I go to my amazon account to check on the order and it's gone. They sent out no correspondence to or let me even know that my order had been cancelled or dissappered. How do I trust buying anything from them? Everybody please be aware that It can also happen to you. This is (in my opinion) a useless and waste of time company. Respectfully submitted
