Made good on their warranty Made good on their warranty! Bought the LifeProof Slam iPhone X case late last year. After only a few short months of light use, there were cracks appearing on the clear plastic component of the case. I believed these would compromise the integrity of the protective case. I submitted a warranty claim through the company's website. I found this process very straight forward. After verifying my images they sent me a replacement case. Very happy with a company that makes good on their promises.

Proud owner of multiple cases over the year, willing to overlook how easily the front film becomes scratched to death because every time I’ve dropped one it’s survived. But the charging point cover is the last straw. Moving on to another case maker now.

If you value your phone If you value your phone, and are an outdoor or active person, this is the case for you. Completely dust, proof, and waterproof. I can’t count how many times it’s fallen off my lap when I’ve exited my truck and it’s fallen face first into a puddle. The waterproof feature is so handy. Two days ago while on my way to work I inadvertently left my phone on the roof of my SUV. Needless to say it flew off at 110 km and bounced across the freeway. Using the find my iPhone app me and a coworker were able to retrieve it a couple hours later. The only damage to the phone is a few scuffs on the case, I will forever be a customer

Terrible Rip-Off Company and here’s… Terrible Rip-Off Company and here’s why; overpriced products, really really bad customer service. If you need to exchange or return, they treat you like crap and are no longer considered a valued customer but an annoyance. They will not let you exchange, only return and repurchase. They charge you a fee to return because they don’t allow exchanges, then they charge again for shipping out your replacement piece. Also they take up to 4 weeks to process your return so it doesn’t hit their books for a selected time period. My advice is to find a similar product on Amazon or any other website or company.

life proof NEXT case I bought a new life proof NEXT case. Fell apart after 5 months and I’d never even dropped the phone. Rubbers peel off, buttons go spongy. All these designer / branded cases are just a scam and they are all laughing at us paying big dollars for them. You can get a unbranded case for a fraction of the price with the same protection. Never again will i buy a branded case, just companies run by crooks
