Awesome! My husband had ordered us each an otter box for our phones. I tried tracking the order after a few days. I was concerned after not receiving a conformation email of the order so I could track it. After about 9 days of ordering the cases, they came in. I love them. Honestly, there's nothing to get alarmed about.

1 star, If I could go lower I would I Paid for the product never received it, tried to contact them and none of the contacts work this company appears to be like a scam DO NOT ATTEMPT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF

CRAPPY BUSINESS ETHICS DON'T BUY IF YOU NEED IT RIGHT AWAY. I ORDERED MY PRODUCT 14 DAYS AGO AND IT WAS JUST PROCESSED IN CHINA ON JUNE 5TH. DON'T HAVE AN OPTION TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY. I DON'T WANT THE OTTERBOX ANYMORE, BUT NOT SURE IF I WILL EVEN GET A REFUND. this company seems to be fraudulent I ordered two iphone cases from them and after two weeks have not received them or even an order confirmation or shipment information whatsover. Just initiated a dispute through paypal.
