Good products but site is a bit … Good products but site is a bit difficult to navigate as far as finding products. The large slider is eye catching but way too large and takes up too much screen real estate for those looking to purchase something specific. It took a bit to find the drop down product at the top mostly because when it pops up all you see are the pics of products not the navigation pane. Otherwise the company is good and I have bought apple products from them and been very happy with them.

The products are good The products are good, which is the most important aspect. Ordering was more difficult than expected because of problems of using American Express. I ordered 4 items but received only 3 in a box with no packing and no paperwork to indicate if the item was back-ordered or just short shipped. I contacted Kanex who said they would send the short shipped item. That was 10 days ago - still waiting.

However, despite my account being charged, nearly 4 (FOUR) WEEKS LATER - NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE NO SHIPPING INFORMATION AVAILABLE and most disturbing of all NO RESPONSE from KANAX to my Contact Us inquiry about my order. This is beginning to look a lot like theft !
