The products are good The products are good, which is the most important aspect. Ordering was more difficult than expected because of problems of using American Express. I ordered 4 items but received only 3 in a box with no packing and no paperwork to indicate if the item was back-ordered or just short shipped. I contacted Kanex who said they would send the short shipped item. That was 10 days ago - still waiting.

The best mac keyboard EVER !! I had a small issue with one of their products, and I have to say their customer service is the BEST I have experienced in years. As far as the Kanex multi-connect keyboard? Amazing keyboard... use it to control my IPAD, Desktop and phone with one push of the button. The scissor action is great too.

Very prompt shipment Very prompt shipment, product is as advertised, and quite elegant looking. Will use for gifts, and have not used, but have never had a Kanex product fail, so am certain they will function well when used by gifted friends.
