GBBad Customer and Warranty Service The screen didn't do a good job of protecting my phone. The replacement will apparently take three weeks to arrive. Shipping in for my "free" replacement is $10, which is obviously a highly inflated price for such a small package. Lastly, customer service responded by saying that if I want it faster, I should just pay more for delivery. Bad answer.

NZBreaks down, customer service is shocking The product broke down within days of warranty expiry. The customer service was awful, received NO help or compensation for the EXPENSIVE broken down wireless charger. DO NOT BUY Mophie or Zagg. Absolute rip-off!

GBDo not trust this company Do not trust this company. I ordered a "Free Replacement" and it cost $36.32 on April 2, 2024. It has been 22 days and no protector, and no way to contact the company where someone actually answers. Verizon is horrible for pushing this company and the "Free Replacement"

GBLifetime warranty not what is claims I bought a ‘glass elite’ screen protector for my phone. I dropped it and it worked brilliantly, protecting the screen underneath. I contacted ZAGG to order a replacement as the packaging promises a lifetime warranty with a free replacement. It turns out that paying for postage and the ‘upgrade’ (as my original product is no longer available) costs almost as much as the original product I bought. Lifetime warranty is not what is says on the tin. Would not recommend.

GBTerrible customer service and warranty replacement I have been waiting a month for the screen protector I have, which has cracked, to come back into stock for a warranty replacement. It still isn’t available and any equivalent product offered as an alternative has an additional charge of £15. I have been in touch with their customer support who are not at all helpful and just reply with the same stock answer, I’m not sure if I’m taking to a person or AI. I’m so disappointed as the products are good and the warranty replacement service used to be the reason I chose ZAGG but given this experience I would say avoid them!
