Sad to see you go getyourpet.com The company provided a great service. I got my pet through them. They were as legit as they come. I paid a small fee AFTER the adoption. I was able to meet my doggie and his former mommy before adopting. After adoption, I paid the fee and got the free vet visit as promised. If scammers decided to take advantage of the noble service this company was providing it should not be a reflection of the company. Too bad the people that have provided negative reviews can't make that distinction. Perhaps they are one and the same as the scammers! If you really love pets, this was a way for animals to stay in their home until adopted without having to go to shelter. Sad to see you go Getyourpet.com.

-10 rating -10 rating. This site is letting brokers selling puppy mill puppies on the page. If you see a purebred puppy, golden retriever, french bulldog, etc. you can be guaranteed it is coming from a puppy mill. Buyer beware, as these dogs usually have medical problems and they can't be sold. 'James' even admitted this is what he was doing.

We had a very positive experience! We had a very positive experience. The owner was legit and excellent with communication. We met up twice, the second time to adopt our new dog! We were never asked for money or personal information. It's a shame so many people out there want to take advantage. It seems this site does what it can to make the meet-ups official and documented but it can't keep people from being dishonest. Had there been any red flags we definitely would have walked away. Our new pup is a wonderful addition to our family!

Met with owners in their home, saw how well cared for the dogs were and owner shared information, food, snacks and supplies. Came back to adopt another and the site is gone. Assuming it’s because of the scammers after reading reviews

Be Careful I asked about a young female dog. My husband and I are devastated after losing our 5 yr old maltese to liver failure. Someone responded to me on this site about a dog immediately requesting a meet up. I made the date and with this so called "David" asked me to venmo cash. I asked too many questions and he dropped the meeting. I'm trying to report this and the site isn't responding. Be very careful.
