Good App The process to create a book took some learning, but it was not that difficult, and the delivery was fast and quality excellent.

Website not intuitive I found that the site was not intuitive...got the photo album done and am pleased with the result, but it was a lot of trial and error. As I am a visual learner, the chat box was not helpful and the YouTube video did not work. Please create a better instructional video.
