Quick reliable service Quick reliable service. Another company I used were unable to transfer 10 of the tapes that I sent in. I sent those tapes in to Lotus and they were able to transfer all of them. Great quality videos were delivered via email within 10 days. The other company took over 6 months and could only do 1/2 of my order. I am sending in 9 more tapes this week. will not hesitate to use them again.

Good Quality, Good Service The quality was excellent, and the service was easy to use. My stupid Hi8 tapes had been sitting in a drawer for years, and Lotus Media helped me finally get them digitized.

Lotus is the shiznit After finding a VHS-C tape of my sons 1st Birthday event, Lotus was able to digitize it and not only give me a chance to watch something I thought was near impossible since the machines have stopped being produced but created a copy of such high quality it was shocking when played the first time in over a decade. If you have old media, give Lotus an opportunity to preserve your memories and you won’t be disappointed. Turn around was quick, and the team makes efforts to ensure you are satisfied with the product. You can even get the originals back, I did not elect to do so and made back ups of the file for posterity, but appreciate that option was available. Fantastic job, stop letting old tapes languish, access those memories with a click whenever once Lotus has made them new again!
