Professional Line Photo Book We just got our wedding book back from @saaldigital_corp and we're super impressed with the results. I'm extremely picky about print quality and color profiles matching the files on my computer so when I opened it and saw the first couple of pages, I was pretty blown away by the results. The print quality easily exceeded my expectations. I've only had one other book made of my art so I wasn't familiar with this company. I received an invitation for a $150 coupon toward the purchase of their professional line of books and since we still haven't had a wedding book made yet (it's been over 10 years lol), I figured it was a great opportunity to give them a try in exchange for my honest opinion. I paid a little over $100 out of pocket after the coupon but I would say that it's worth the price in full. I'm a photographer so building the book using their software wasn't hard or confusing and I was able to make it in just two days. One thing I would have liked to have seen is more options with text only on the cover. There weren't many real life examples of the book covers so it was hard to know what it would look like so I would have rather had engraved text instead of the image. I was hoping the image wouldn't be textured but rather smooth on the cover. Other than that, the quality, the ease of making the book and the turnaround time is pretty sensational. I'd recommend these guys if you were looking for a home for your precious photos.

Horrible Unresponsive Support [Ticket: USSD220098620] I have struggled for two weeks to get someone from Saal Digital to call me. I am using InDesign for a photo book and the templates Saal Digital has on their website are significantly lacking. The spreads only have the bleed and center vertical as guides. I've done the math to figure out where horizontal and vertical 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 are on each side of the spread, but no one at Saal wants to confirm those numbers. All they do is point me back to the incomplete templates on their website. They have no phone number to call them, and their Support site literally reads "We apologize for the inconvenience. There is often a misunderstanding that can easily be explained with a conversation. Should we call you back?" I am now two weeks behind on my deadline simply because this printer won't communicate! Not very impressed at all. 11/3/2022 Update: the response from Saal Digital is completely wrong. I've communicated to Saal Digital now 6 times to call me back. Instead, they keep emailing saying that email might be a better way to explain. EMAIL IS NOT THE SOLUTION HERE. I NEED TO HAVE SAAL DIGITAL CALL ME AS I'VE STATED IN 12 DIFFERENT EMAILS IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS!

SAAL Digital is for Professionals I have used SAAL Digital a few times now. I am in the US and the shipping time from Germany is amazing. Their photobooks are amazing quality with pages that will last forever. I love that behind the pictures I put my time into, I can put other pictures that match the scenes and add to the pages. No boring or plain backgrounds and people love them. The wall art is also amazing. Again, the quality and colors are phenominal. I had a dark sunset photo with subtle details printed. It is a bit dark from a distance, but when you approach it, the details jump out just as I wanted them to. I will keep using this outfit.

First time customer, I'm thrilled! The image quality was excellent and the image placement was ideal. Delivery was quick with great communication during tracking. As a first-time customer (although I've read SAAL marketing emails for the past year) I expected a good product and was impressed with the final product. The online design process was simple. I submitted an unedited (slightly cropped) panorama my son captured with his 2nd Gen iPhone SE's camera. The image was excellent and well-suited to the metal mugs I ordered. The result is amazing (price was excellent and very affordable for high quality work). These mugs are gifts for the family as a keepsake of a remarkable photo.

The Proline books from SAAL are a knock out. The proline books for SAAL are better than anything else out there. The software they use provides professional layout in design, and easy to use. None of the other companies come close. The quality of paper, the color and tonal accuracy is amazing.
