Kudos to the Bedford team for helping us when ever we needed it. A recent examples of how great they are. I bought a wireless remote and few days later it didn't work with my camera, even though it was compatible. By then I had no original box to return the product but Jeremy, helped us and verified the faulty product and we were replaced with a new one that works like a charm.
