GBBumpy Visa to Pakistan I was trying to submit my photo for over a while to obtain a visa to Pakistan with no luck. I broke down and paid for Visafoto to help me. The first attempt was not successful, so I contacted them for further assistance. Ekaterina responded within 15 minutes. I submitted a second photo to her, but she said the it needed to be clearer. I then set up an improvised tripod to make another photo, sent it to her, and received a clean visa photo. And it was accepted. Hallelujah! During this experience, Ekaterina responded to me in emails four times within an hour to help me. I truly appreciate the extra support that I needed.

GBThank you for an excellent service Thank you for an excellent service. I was having issue uploading pic for visa and i contacted Vistafoto.com. There guidelines are easy to follow, system is very user friendly and they have excellent customer service. After i got the pics via email, I uploaded them again and system gave me an error that it cannot detect eyes. They fixed the error in five mins and it resolved the uploading issue. Thank you, I will sure use this service again. Keep up the good work 😁

GBI messed up I messed up. I made a mistake on visafoto's website and didn't realize it until after I paid. I contacted visafoto's support team and was contacted quickly with a response that visafoto would correct my mistake even though it wasn't their fault. This is a great company!

CAFantastic and prompt. Super legit. I spend hours on fixing the photo that was given to me by the photographer (being a techie myself) but no lock kept getting the error "Brightness: your photo may be too bright or too dark". The default file downloaded had the same error, called the phone number - got automated response (thought have been scammed), emailed the support email and voila within minutes Paul responded and provided a revised version. It worked in the first attempt. Highly recommend them.
