I bought a mixer Xone 92 and after 5… I bought a mixer Xone 92 and after 5 days I called Tamsta to check why they haven’t sent it. They emailed me and asked for 200Euro MORE. They are trying to charge me more and basically abuse the price. I said no and asked for a refund and they went SILENT and stopped responding to my emails. They also didn’t issue me my refund. I had to make a fraud complaint to the police and credit card company since Tamsta basically took my payment and never made any delivery. That’s 1200€ worth equipment. It’s very disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Good music experience I requested some photos of a guitar by mail, the staff was very gentle and fast in providing accurate photos of the instrument. Then I bought it, and they made a full set-up before shipping. After a few days the guitar was plugged into my amp. Very good service, professional and kind, I'm very happy with it.
