Really kind people and a pleasure to buy from So I had originally purchased a keyboard from RK as a present for a friend but my friend didn't actually need it (he's a massive keyboard enthusiast who is trying to downsize his collection). I didn't know what to do with the hardware since I don't know many people who as into computers as we are. I opted to return the keyboard and Chance made the process really smooth. I will not forget this kind gesture and wish only good things upon Chance and the rest of RK Gaming. I'm not a youtube reviewer but perhaps I'll give the keyboard a fun review as well :)

My fault order mix up, great support!! I ordered a keyboard that my son was desperately hoping for as his birthday is coming up ( not been yet so can't actually comment on product, though my son has it rated very highly from what he has read ). What I can say is I messed up my order and was in a bit of a panic as I had ended up ordering 2 of the same products !! After sending an email to customer service I had an exceptionally helpful man called Chance that got on the case straight away and amended my order and communicated brilliantly. (Thank you so much, Chance). I would definitely recommend the site and would not hesitate to order from here again. A very happy customer 😊

Purchased RK84 and RK87, kept the best fit, sold the other one I was torn between the RK84 an RK87 keyboards. I purchased the RK84 one, and after a week using it, realized I made the wrong call. The keyboard was fine, I was just much less comfortable typing on a 75% layout compared to a 80% layout. I contacted customer support about it and they offered me a discount on the RK87, as long as I sold the RK84 myself -- which I did. That way, I recovered most of the extra money I spent, and got the luxury of testing both products and keeping the best fit for my needs.

G.O.A.T keyboard Man I can‘t express my feelings about this keyboard… It feels so good to have a high quality keyboard after using mainstream goofy keyboards like from Corsair. I’d recommend those keyboards to everyone, who needs one for gaming oder something else. It’s just a piece of art

Product exactly as advertised Product exactly as advertised. Easily set up and working well with our current set up. One set of switches was out of stock however instead of leaving us to wait. We were emailed and given another option. Contact was prompt, to the point and consistent. Highly recommend, will use again.
