The product was unexpectedly out of stock when I placed my order but the keyboard still arrived pretty quickly- about 2 weeks which impressed me because I have waited longer for in stock products to ship to me in New Zealand! 5 star service and product! This is my third order from RK gaming keyboards. The RK84 is well made and nicely built. The switches are hot-swappable and the keycaps are easily replaceable for customization if desired. I originally ordered the RK61 by mistake and had intended to cancel through customer service. However, thanks to Chance, I was able to change the order without having to cancel. Chance was very efficient and helped me get my order right! Great customer service and great product, definitely recommend.

My fault order mix up, great support!! I ordered a keyboard that my son was desperately hoping for as his birthday is coming up ( not been yet so can't actually comment on product, though my son has it rated very highly from what he has read ). What I can say is I messed up my order and was in a bit of a panic as I had ended up ordering 2 of the same products !! After sending an email to customer service I had an exceptionally helpful man called Chance that got on the case straight away and amended my order and communicated brilliantly. Great Service My son ordered a keyboard that didn’t have a feature that he thought it did. Though this was an error on the customer’s end, RK reps still provided him with an exceptional resolution. Great company to do due business with.
