Responsive Pretty fast communication. Sent another copy when a game came that didn't work. However, that one didn't work either but they are offering a refund. Very respective.

Sent me a cheap Chinese knockoff when… Sent me a cheap Chinese knockoff when the site pictured an OEM charger. Ignored all attempts to reach them. Had to dispute with credit card which was in my favor of course. The icing on the cake is then a month later they sent an automated email asking me to leave a 5 star review here for a $5 store credit. Breaks the terms of service of this site!

Would recommend I wrote a review on Google, but I'll repeat it here.... I was concerned when I ordered. I had never heard of Players Choice.. it was a fairly expensive Zelda game, and the price was the best I'd found. I decided to take the chance and order, and I am so glad that I did. I was nervous about not receiving a tracking number right away and inquired about it, but the tracking number was sent to me, package was so carefully wrapped and game was in great condition. So far no problems with playback. If I need anything else that's hard to find, I will definitely return to Players Choice.

Pretty good It was a good experience for me the shipping took a little while but I got the package and I’m satisfied with it the game works perfectly.
