GBOutstanding Service - Highly Recommend I contacted the company as the Windows key I had bought did not work. They responded within 10 minutes and agreed to send another. This happened twice more, within half an hour, before I realised I had a hardware problem. They agreed to reimburse me and within minutes had provided email proof that they had done so. The best service I've ever had from any company. Highly recommended.

GBOutstanding Customer Service I have purchased several copies of MS Office Pro from TheUnitySoft. Their download links and registration keys have always worked and they offer great value for money. I purchased a new laptop in December 2023 and was more or less forced to use Win 11. I purchased a new copy MS Office Pro 2021 from UnitySoft to use with it. The download and installation went as smoothly as usual and I've been using it just fine up until early April this year when Microsoft appeared to carry out an update to Win 11 when all the Office Aps ceased to work citing registration issues. My original UnitySoft keys did not work so I contacted their help email contact address on a Sunday and got a helpful response first thing on Monday morning. That fix didn't work initially but within a couple of hours they sent another helpful link. However, in the meantime I'd rebooted the machine, logged into my MS Account again and tried the registration keys that UnitySoft sent me. It worked. I'm back on and fully operating within the working day. All credit to UnitySoft's help agent Mark Smith for a really fast response and positive advice. Couldn't be better. As for Microsoft's flakey update procedures, well, that's another much, much, sadder story...

IEPossibly the *BEST* Cusomer Support Team Ever! Experienced a recurring problem when I tried to place my order. I emailed support and was swamped with what has to be one of the top 5 most satisfying Customer Service experiences I have ever had. The support team were patient, helpful and ultimately had to carry out some maintemance of their website in order to allow me to complete my order. I won't wax too lyrical, I hope you can feel my satisfaction. I would, and will promote this company whenever and wherever I can. Well done folks.
