Great company! We upgraded a PC that we built ourselves, changing the hard drive and motherboard - then upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. However, no matter what we tried, we couldn't get Windows 11 to activate. Hours and hours later, we came across Theunitysoft. With a budget friendly price, we received the Windows key immediately, and had our PC activated with no trouble whatsoever! A big thanks from us - and would highly recommend!

I emailed support and was swamped with what has to be one of the top 5 most satisfying Customer Service experiences I have ever had. The support team were patient, helpful and ultimately had to carry out some maintemance of their website in order to allow me to complete my order. Purchased Win11 Pro to run on Parallels… Purchased Win11 Pro to run on Parallels on Mac. Initial key didn't work, contacted support and all sorted in about 2 minutes. I've used them many times before and always happy with the end result. Almost went with an (even) cheaper site I didn't know, glad I didn't! Excellent service and great value.

They lie about the products they sell! Have been a customer for over a decade. However, recently one of the keys for a "Lifetime License" product stopped working after only 13 months of usage and customer support won't deal with it because it's outside of their "12 months warranty" period. What sort of company operates a 12 months warranty period for software that is supposed to be a lifetime license. BE WARNED! They sell illegitimate keys. You roll your dice on whether you'll get one that works forever or one that will stop working.
