With Nabzio's help we figured out the issue and managed to send me a free desk pad due to my inconvenience. Processing Fee Issue My son asked for the canyon keycaps for his birthday and the product is probably very good, but it is $100 to ship to the UK. I didn't realise until I put the order through so immediately cancelled as that's just too much money. I was then charged 5.5% processing fee on orders over $100. The cost of the product wasn't over $100. It was the shipping that was. It was very disappointing.

Slots on bottom of space bar deformed Slots on bottom of space bar slightly deformed, contacted deskr and currently awaiting a response. Every other key seems fine.

Great Products and Fast Shipping Have been using my deskpad for over a month and it has been the best upgrade for my desk setup when it comes to quality and price. Doesn't even compare to my previous mousepad which was much thinner and made out of poor quality rubber. Look forward to more designs in the future and will recommend to friends and family.
