CAYearly plans needed While the service has been appropriate, it is lacking in terms of offering. Cubans have difficulties and individuals trying to assist are obviously being over charged for something that should be made affordable to all Cubans with the assistance of others. Fonoma will lose customers if they don't come up with yearly plans.
