GBI set up a new service I set up a new service, and it wasn't activating. So I contacted customer service via chat online. The service agent (Aubrey) took a patient, but quick step by step approach while staying in touch constantly. Soon the service was activated and working just fine. GBAnother Satisfied Customer!! I have been a Twigby customer for several years and it has been a great experience. I started with a plan and after about a year asked and was able to switch to a more economical plan. Today I noticed that I could change to the 2GB plan for the same price I am paying for the 1GB plan. Annie was able to switch me over right away. This is just another example of great customer service to go along with great phone service.

GBTwigby is awesome at customer… Twigby is awesome at customer service.Had them years ago and now I'm back after having the worst customer service on the planet from Visible. I was just able to ask the Twigby rep and odd question and she was able to answer it in less than 2 minutes , beginning to end in chat. Amazing! Customer service means a lot to me. I need to know I can talk to a real person when I need to. No more 45 minute infuriating chats with a bot for me..Thank you Twigby!

GBHarry resolved issue extremely quick Harry resolved issue extremely quick. Although I have no data with my plan, data needs to remain on to retain connection. All is good. Operator error. Relieved it was something simple since service has been perfect since becoming a subscriber. Harry was professional, courteous, friendly, accommodating and just downright helpful. Good guy, excellent rep.
