GBI have confidence and I feel safe using… I have confidence and I feel safe using Remitly. At times, however, the people on the receiving part of my transaction do not get notified with a text message. It puts the receiver in a bit of a panic but it all works out in the end. I cannot imagine using any other service! Thank you!

AULost phone load Almost 24 hours since sending a load to a phone number that I know is correct, yet it's still not received. Update 18-04-2024: Receiver has now received the phone load. No response from Tawag Pinas informing me of receipt. Poor customer care.
