GBTransactions don't alwsys go through… Transactions don't alwsys go through and it's very frustrating you don't offer a contact phone number. My first transaction didn't go through because I used wrong carrier. 2nd correct transaction didn't go through because 1st transaction didn't. I cannot call you to explain because no number to call, and you will not call me. You used to have a number before. So how does one resolve such issues? Your customer service sucks for this reason!

GBCharges On Calls Having used you services for many years, I will say that they were great. I have rated your service four star performance because I would like you to review your timing software.. I noticed I was charged for calls that did not go through several times and the rounding up time to the minute is also not fair. I would suggest timing be rounded up to the next quatter of a minute as against the current minute.

NGI have never seen anything like this… I have never seen anything like this before to be really honest, i like TelephoneNigeria a lot and please keep it going. If make some new features on this app i think 🤔 it will be great? Feature like when someone can do a transfer from a card to a Bank account or into another card.

GBUnhappy 1. Rates are high 2. Most times, your App does not open for me to make calls(most annoying). Imagine when one has an urgent call to make & the App isn't opening?. That's quite frustrating. 3. Your network is mostly offline
