Other thumb trackballs tend to have places where the trackball doesn't run smoothly, but I've yet to have a problem with Perixx in that regard. I got the wired trackball because its response time is faster than the wireless, making it a better choice for time sensitive input.

Not quite as fancy as the Logitech but one third the price and it has programmable buttons if you use Windows which Logitech doesn't. I think I might be buying a keyboard next I love their ergonomical full size keyboard.

Perfect FIT Both the keyboard and mouse are just what the doctor ordered. I've never had a true ergonomic keyboard OR a verticle mouse but they are perfect. I thought the mouse would be difficult to adjust to but it just felt like I was shaking hands with someone. I like it already.

Nagged for Review, Haven't Received Order. You asked for it... Perixx marketing emails have nagged me twice to review my experience with them, and I don't have my order yet. The product is late vs. their initially stated delivery date. Maybe it's a good keyboard, but who can tell? However, I can tell their order fulfillment and marketing departments never seem to talk to each other.

After reading many reviews After reading many reviews, I got the Perixx keyboard. It is a very conventional full size keyboard that is rather on the noisy side, very clickety-clack. My search term was "silent" so this came as a bit of a shock. It is like countless other keyboards I have bought, sometimes for double or triple the price. All in the past have held up except that the letters eventually wear off. The other surprise was that despite buying "direct" from the manufacturer, it arrived from NewEgg.
