Very bad sound quality… Very bad sound quality… using app WiFi or not. Said you can use access number to dial and improve quality… none of the access numbers work… KeepCalling… PhoneClub… whatever name they use… tried them all… very bad sound quality!!! Unable to carry conversation.

I have been using the PhoneClub for two… I have been using the PhoneClub for two years, so far i have not experience any problem and never used whatsoever their helpline. The connection is spot on and the voice quality is sound and clear for 99% of time. So, I am quiet happy and satisfied and intended to continue and use their services for future.

I love the service ,but some time the… I love the service ,but some time the operator comes on when I am talking to some one in germany and tells me I am out of minutes and hangs up.I am on a monthly account , so that should not happen. Maybe you can fix this problem. thank you
