I have been a Cyberchimps customer for… I have been a Cyberchimps customer for about three years, I own a few of their plugins and themes. I own their Responsive Theme and have found it very easy to install and configure. The company has excellent support and has been around for many years. They always issue updates to both their themes and plugins, which ensures the products I have bought from them, always work with the latest WordPress Version.

Easy to use, excellent selection of starter templates! I have a test site where I try out Wordpress themes and plugins before installing them on a working site. The Responsive Theme and plugin from CyberChimps makes the task simple to do. And, the 150+ starter templates ensure I can always see what the end result will look like no matter what subject I need to build a site around.

I'm a novice at Wordpress so… I'm a novice at Wordpress so I screw things up regularly. I've used the Responsive theme for years with generally good results. When I upgraded this year, I needed some guidance and they were there to help me.... their email response times are reasonable and their replies were helpful.

Ended on a positive note Based on upgrades to the plug-ins my site stopped working. Upon opening up a ticket the support staff addressed the issues by providing an interim patch and some code that could be applied. They also provided guidance for some configuration changes that I had made when trying to identify a solution when the site originally broke.

Upgrade from iFeatue Pro 5 We were able to upgrade our iFeature Pro theme, keeping all the content, with a handful of edits to the header & footer.
