You gotta be patient It takes a while before you get the key, like 20 min. It also asks you for a lot of personal info before giving you the key (which is not indicated before purchasing) like adress and phone number. However the support chat is responsive and the key worked fine

And apparently you're only allowed 1 copy of the game for the whole household. I just wanted to enjoy it with my partner, but they decided I'm not allowed that.
