Hassle free SIM whilst travelling in the US. Fast , efficient and transparent service . I ordered my US SIM card online and it was delivered via courier to my home address in Ireland within a week . I inserted my new sim whilst on my flight to the US and upon arrival it worked like a dream , a great service and company to deal with.

Fast delivery, great customer service, strong signal The SIM card arrived very quickly after ordering, and was perfect for us (being Brits heading to America). The signal was strong, it worked in our UK unlocked phone no problem, and was absolutely ideal for us whilst on holiday. We shall definitely be getting a SIM card through SIMS 4 USA again.

The information on the website wasn't super clear, but there was helpful online chat. They arrived very fast, and we picked our activation date to be the day of arrival in the US. For my friend (Redmi phone), she just put the sim in and it worked, received a text with the phone number, all good. For me (Samsung), the data didn't work. I received and texted fine, I had signal, but the data sign was missing. I called for assistance, we added manually a LYCA network, and from that moment I barely had a very low signal here and there. I basically relied on my friend for google maps etc. We stayed within Philadelphia centre and Manhattan NY area, but apart from 5min for 2 times, I never had 4G, not even any lower type of signal.

New US sim The sim I ordered arrived as promised via Fed Ex. It started operating on the day I requested although in the UK we are 5 hours in advance of New York so it started working in the afternoon/evening. A very efficient service.

Absolutely Fabulous I contacted Sims4USA to ensure I could ring Irish land lines and mobile numbers. The response was immediate and made my decision easy to purchase the sim. The sim was waiting for me in Miami at my hotel when I arrived. The company had the card activated and everything was very smooth. The next time we visit the USA we will get 2 x sims - one for my husband and I as he also thought it excellent value for money.
