When we called the correct number, we were helped in 5 minutes. And our $55.01 is being refunded. We are very pleased with ESET customer service!

GBI have been very happy with my ESET… I have been very happy with my ESET subscription. It was installed by my tech person several years ago as the default security provider he uses. I didn't know if I'd be happy with it but, I feel quite protected with all the features it provides. Very easy to check on it's protection and easy to renew and upgrade if and whenever necessary.
