worst company worst company. They hoarding customer data. Refuse to allow customer to use their service anonymously. Once they started to charge you money, it is impossible to cancel through them. They will lock your account. If you can't remember your account info, you'll never get your account back. Hello Mobile will just keep charging you. The only way to stop them is to ask your credit card company to block them.

I love Hello Mobile!! I love Hello Mobile!!! A $5 a month service fee, for unlimited calls, and text is really a great gift, compared to the cost of other “pay as you go” plans, by other greedy companies. I send a great big THANK YOU to Hello Mobile for providing this $5 a month service, Especially for those of us who can’t work, and are on a fixed income.

I know my address I just tried to place a order for service and sim cards but it seems these people know my mailing and physical addresses better than I do they have never seen where I live I've been here for almost 50 years and have had the same mailing address for about 15 years but they say i'am wrong and I can't place the order with my address. I'd like to thank them for rejecting my order probably done me a big favor had to drop us mobile because of of price raise. Now these people know more than me about where I've lived for 50 years.
