AUI am not able to call any number in China on May 29th and 30th with numerous attempts I am not able to call any number in China since May 29th Monday. I attempted numerous times on May 29th and 30th. I called a few numbers in China, including fixed line and mobile. It always rang once then disconnected. I also tried different access number including Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, all having same issue. I had this issue a few weeks ago and reported to customer support. I was told it's one-off but it seems recurring. I have been with DianhuaChina.com for many years. If this problem persists and I am not able to make overseas calls when needed, I have to ask for refund of remaining credit and find another service provider.

CAGood choice I used this service few months now since my own phone services charged a lot of more for international calls ,this one I can use both my line lines and cell to make calls , really easy and good quality!

GBunfair to deduct one minute When nobody in China picks up the phone call, DianhuaChina always deducts one minute from my account. It's unfair for DianhuaChina to do that. DianhuaChina should fix the issue.
