GBI’ve used this for several years and… I’ve used this for several years and have found that it interferes with other software (QuickBooks for one) and sometimes wreaks havoc on my iPhone. Usually, if I am having any software issues, I look to disable hotspot shield.

ILBest VPN known to human My 3 years premium product have ended and Nino from the cc helped me to extend it for another 3 years! I used so many vpns during the years until I arrived to hotpost shield 6 years ago, since then I'm using hotspot shield regulary as my VPN, great spped, not issue, unblocking all the websites that are in my country when I'm abroad, I couldn't tell something better than this! And now, I'm entering the circle of the 9 years. Very recommand, useful so much daily !

GBDon't remember any subscription with them but they refunded Don't remember of any subscription with them and they charge my credit card each month. No email or any confirmation for this. Never use this service "Gervie M" - Their customer representative (Technical Support Team). He tells me they don't have any means to call. Waste your time via chatting/email where they are very slow. No availability of Supervisor. IT LOOKS LIKE A SCAM PS: They initiated the refund - updated rating by 2 stars. They should send any email confirmation if there is any charge and should have call support.

GBHotSpot Shield VPN is a ripoff and… HotSpot Shield VPN is a ripoff and thieves. I signed up for the free trial on Mar 6. Within an hour I cancelled and uninstalled everything (remember the 6th was when Facebook and everything was down for part of the morning). Anyway, they told me they couldn't find my account. Then about a week later I got charged $12.99 on my debit card. I immediately contacted customer service (what a joke!). Again they can't find my account unless I give them a bunch of information. The only thing I'm not going to give them are the first four numbers AND the last four of the debit card. I only provide them with the last four. Do NOT tell me that in this day and age they cannot find my information with all the information I gave them. They put the charge thru, but now can't find it. BULL! I am so frustrated and I told them, that because of the run around I will be posting everywhere what a scam company they are.
