Terrible vendor! My recommendation is NOT TO USE! Terrible service! SellGadget Indicated i owed money on my phone and that it was locked. Both were incorrect. When i sent a reply that i could send a letter from Xfinity indicating that, SaveGadget said my screen was scratched and they would give me a very low price for my phone. I told them my existing carrier, Optimum looked at the phone and called its “like new”. And told them the price they would give me. Then they indicated they would match that price. Of course when they sent payment they charged a processing fee! WHAT A SCAM!!!!

Great!If you enjoy being lied to while getting screwed! Thank goodness I make of movie of the functionality, the edges, screen, front and back as well as the Serial Number and IMEI, and continued the movie while I wrapped it, sealed it and addressed it. I was sent a much lower figure with a few pictures of a phone that was not mine. I asked them to turn on the phone in the pictures to see the serial number and IMEI.

Too easy I’ve never sold a phone or other electronic device but decided to give it a try. I discovered SaveGadget on eBay and followed the instructions. Packaged it up and sent it USPS with the postage paid shipping label provided. Got there in a couple of business days, received an inspection the same day that agreed with my assessment, and I received funds via PayPal the next day. Could not have been a better experience.

The shipping process was pretty quick but not payment. The shipping process was pretty quick and painless but got the payment sent to my PayPal and it still hasn’t been released and it was sent in June first and says won’t be available until June 22nd.. which seems outrageous. So if you’re okay with waiting a while to get your payment then I would recommend them as far as customer service and shipping but not for receiving payment. UPDATE: 20 minutes after this review they responded and contacted PayPal for me and they released the funds. Customer service A+ and appreciate the timely response to my review. Changed from a 2 star review to 5 stars. Would recommends
