Not happy with memory please help Your delivery of memory recommend by you for my synology DS718+ arrived promptly. I needed that as I was going on vacation. I tore down my DS718+ and installed. After 2 go boots 30 minutes of watching the blinking blue light I gave up and rolled back the hardware. Disappointing and more disappointing is your lack of response to 3 attempts to communicate with you. I've left email and vmail twice. I'm felling feeling screwed. HELP! Calvin Smith

I was in need of ram for my PC I was in need of ram for my PC. Not exactly sure of what ram I need, I've searched before and didn't get any good results. The few valid results I did get were that the ram was overpriced. Last week I searched again and Computer Memory Solutions came up at the top of my list. This site was the absolute best. Poor Customer Service Ordered 16Gb memory for my HP Pavilion 690-0073W which was suppose to be compatible according to their website. Received it ok but when I tried to install received beep codes. Tried calling customer service and left message on 9/21. After not getting a call back sent email on 9/23 asking for an RMA and the only email I received was this survey. Tried calling back to leave another message and mail box is full.
