They reserve the right to withhold your money for up to 15 working days before dispatching your product. So you should be aware that you will have to wait 4 weeks or longer for your product to arrive. Even an invoice is not issued beforehand. It is not a scam, but it is highly dubious.

I purchased the Samsung s10 plus I purchased the Samsung s10 plus. To be sent to me in the UK. Speed of service was excellent during the Corona virus. Ordered the Sunday. Arrived in the UK on the Friday via UPS. I am taking 1 star off as I sent a message when I placed my order to the company asking if they could provide a UK 3 pin plug. I got no response. So when the item arrived it came with a European plug, which no doubt I will use as I travel to Europe on business and holidays. The price was competitive for the phone so it's still a good deal minus the UK 3 pin plug. At least £200 cheaper the UK prices so it is still a saving. I would give 4.5- 5 stars if they had just replied to my email before sending. I would still recommend using them and will again myself as the prices are very competitive.
