I purchased “otterbox” cases and they arrived in a generic label with unintelligible english nonsense printed on the packaging… Not Otterbox products. The quality of the 2 products received appears to standard, but I cannot get a response from customer service where my third item is. I will be happy to revise this review upon receipt of my complete order.

Be very careful people Be very careful people. This Maxphonecase does not live up to its promises. I ordered for two cases 3 weeks ago today and I have never received them. They took the money off my account and I have sent them many emails non of which they have replied to. But from them at your own risk. I also heard from another person who ordered cases from them that the quality of the cases they sent to her were “FAKE” and looked nothing like what’s being advertised. For my case I have received nothing and my money is gone. #becareful

My iPhone doesn't work in this case. When I put my iPhone SE in the case, the protective screen didn't allow access to use my phone. This is the 2nd generation iPhone SE. No matter how hard I pushed down on the screen, my touch didn't reach my iPhone. And the tab that switched from audible ring to silent ring came broken. Sorry, but I won't be using this product.

Wrong Product Shipped - No Reply from Company Received the wrong size screen protector for my cellphone. Attempted multiple times to contact the company by phone, e-mail and online form and no reply. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they did not respond to them either. How this sham of a company is still in business is beyond me. California has such strict laws why haven't they pulled the plug to their servers?
