GBGreat Support I had another issue with one of the two desktop computers we purchased from Vision last fall. These are just one set out of 4 complete sets of computers we have bought over the past 25 years from Vision. I have found them to be very reliable and their technical support to be fantastic. They have always been able to resolve any issues we have had with our systems. Again, their technical support has come thru with flying colors. The issue was resolved. Thank you Vision.

GBExcellent customer service Adam jumped right in and worked tirelessly to fix our computer. It has slowed down to the point that it took over 10 minutes to open a web page. Everything is back to normal now. He fixed the issue and also took care of a few things we weren't even aware of. Excellent customer service.
