Another great experience with RTS. Good job. Rush tech support has gotten me out of some jams throughout the 5 years I have had a service contract with. I've called them with easy things like excel, or other things like a Ransom mess. The VPN is something everyone needs to have to keep their computer safe.

Great place and nice people always,... Haven't tried the computer out yet since Kanyon worked on it. But I am confident that it will be great as it always is when one of Rush's guys work on it.

Rush- Service you can count on. Rush is the greatest. I had a printer problem and called in over the weekend. There was only one tech on and told him I would wait till Monday as I was not in a hurry. On Monday I called and the tech immediately connected to work on my wireless printer connection problem. I am not very techy but tech walked me through information needed and was patient and excellent communication throughout the process. Tech really had a can do attitude and resolved the issue. Rush is really a top notch company.

Jonathan quickly and professionally took great care of not only my computer but me. Rush Tech Support has been at my finger tips for years and I trust them completely! Any one reading this who does not have Rush Tech Support, please give them a try...you will not be sorry...you computer will love you for it!!!!

Two MS Office 365 problems Jonathan solved my 2 problems without even being connected. He couldn't connect because Avast was on for some reason. I give him100 stars!
