GBHeadset solution I ordered a headset for my BT landline from Headsets4Business. When it arrived it came with a connection port that would not fit my phone. I immediately got in touch via online chat with the company and was promised a new connection port straight away. GBEven during CoVid lockdown service was still exemplary As ever, highly efficient service, even in the depths of CoVid lockdown. Trying to replicate my office set up at home, I was missing a wireless headset. I placed the order online, thinking it would take a week or so to fulfil. Within an hour, I'd been called by Lindsey with some follow up questions to check I was ordering the right thing (useful, as I'm a luddite), and it was delivered the next day (a Saturday) and the headset is is already plugged in and up and running.
