I ordered over the phone and the process was very simple. On this occasion, I dealt with Lindsey who was able to match my exact requirements to a Sennheiser SDW 5000 headset which is an awesome piece of kit. Simply the best..... This company has always provided the most efficient and helpful service and quality products! During lock down and with all my colleagues working from home they were invaluable.
