Wonderful, patient service I am so pleased with the wonderful service I got. He was incredibly patient with the difficulties in my computer and my lack of understanding as to what to do. His instructions were very clear, but I am a bit slow at my age with technology. At one time, I could do very well, but after being very sick at 78, I am less so. Regardless, he got me through everything and set up my protection. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
