GBThis site appeared in a search for… This site appeared in a search for softwrebuy.com. I never heard of either softwrebuy.com nor gosoftwarebuy.com. What I do know is softwrebuy.com attempted a $168.00 unauthorized charge on the card I only use for recurring monthly donations such as NPR and a food bank. My bank caught it, but now I have to notify all these organizations of a new card number.

His persistent and patient pursuit of a solution for a persistent technical problem with Microsoft Office led to a successful resolution for my problem. I am 86 years old and not at all tech savvy, so his patient and kind support made a huge difference for me. I will remain a loyal customer of Gosoftware.

GBPurchased wrong Microsoft Word Option. Chris from customer support was amazing! I purchased Microsoft Word for PC instead of Mac. I had a slight panic moment thinking I just wasted $$. I reached out to Gosoftware and within 24hrs they got back to me. They changed it out for me with no issues. Super friendly employees. 10/10 experience!
