Tried the chat and support email and no response Update! So after a few days support from modDIY did reach out and they offered to send me a cable that was direct to my power supply it works fantastically and looks great!! If you run into issues with these guys do not hesitate to contact support although it may take abit to get a response when you do, you can bet your issues will be resolved
