Tech support was knowledgeable, though I wish they had it 24/7. We ended up utilizing another platform, but that was more a personal choice than anything else. Would use in future! I trialled this product, but we were unable to use the third party payment processors available where I am based so had to cancel. We got a full refund and should we manage to move forward with the project in future, we would look to use ordering.co as their technology and approach is cutting edge, it wasn't just right for us right now!
