I recently purchased a camera drone… I recently purchased a camera drone from A1 smart shop and on opening the package was disappointed to find the lcd screen had been smashed in transit. After 2 or 3 emails back and forth they agreed to send me a replacement controller. I was very pleased that this turned up within a few days and now all is well I can definitely recommend A1 smart shop as their prices are very competitive and after sales service is very good

No taxes, thrustworthy I didn’t trust the shop, because I’d never heard of it. The promises about not having to pay taxes made me reactivate my paypall account and order a drone. Shipping took almost a month, but the results were there. Exactly as ordered, without taxes. the parcel wasn’t sent from the EU but from China, which made me worry about the taxes. would order again with a1smartstore.

Couldn't deliver to Irish address I ordered a Poco M3 on the 27th of March. 10 days later I received an email saying that "my courier cannot post the mobile phone to your address due to the pandemic". In fairness there was a bank holiday in this timeframe & the seller refunded me immediately but disappointing nonetheless. Be aware of this issue if you have an Irish address.

Honest seller, excellent price. Delivery was slightly longer than advertised which made me worried at first. When it arrived the router turned out to be locked but the seller quickly solved it and the router now works perfectly and as advertised. Top product, top seller.
