I have always had Sam as my technician; & since he has been dealing with me & my computer, he has been very patient & thorough. I'm a senior, & by no means, a whiz kid when it comes to computers. Since Sam has worked on my computer, the response time when I sign in, has been fast, fast, fast. And I do so appreciate him. He is the representative for Virtual Touch Pro LLC & so I MUST give Virtual Touch 5 Stars (actually it should probably be 5 stars +) I'm so thankful I discovered Virtual Touch Pro LLC.

I have dealt with other computer… I have dealt with other computer companies for PC updates and problems and Virtual Touch Pro has been far superior to any of them. They are available 24-7 and I have always received a quick response and solution. They have been very good in doing updates to my PC as well. Before having Virtual Touch Pro I had trouble with viruses. They were able to secure my PC from viruses and continue updates to avoid any problems. Another benefit with VTP is to have the updates done on your time. You decide when you want them to work on your PC for any problems or updates.
