Great experience with Ramsin and… Great experience with Ramsin and Larry!! Cannot say or write enough to truly express the help I was provided when needed... my work computer crashed and within 2 hours Larry came to my work place and advised me what needs to be done - needed a New Computer - Yes ouch - but very affordable replacement as well as the support with getting the new Computer set-up as well as retrieving all my important documents and files and even when I had a problem with a application Larry went above and beyond to help with getting it resolved!! Thank you again Larry and Ramsin!!

Ramsin the Computer expert is THE BEST… Ramsin the Computer expert is THE BEST expert who is extremely well versed with many technical platforms yet patient with great advice. He is most professional, kind and of course reasonable. He helped me recover priceless photos off an old system while providing speed to my new system. He even helped put my old system to a needy local school! No sense to look for others as he conducts business how I wish all did ;)

Thankfully I don't have many computer… Thankfully I don't have many computer issues, but when I do, it's comforting to know that I can turn to Ramsin. He always has solutions which do not cost an arm and a leg and are very practical. Like when Carbonite decided they were not going to provide software for hard drive cloning, Ramsin turned me on to Acronis and he helped me to switch my antivirus software from NAV to ESET (which I find just as good at keeping viruses at bay and less intrusive than NAV).
