excellent customer service I believe in honesty. I only used 25 dollar support for the 1st time yesterday. Got goobzo bug--nasty! I saw their ad, called and got Zino live--in real time!--and he went to work immediately. Tonight,he followed up--a value added service the company provides. It's only been 2 days for the computer, but so far no bug; otherwise, too early to know much more, computerwise. However, I know enough now to give 5 stars for customer service. They (Zino, in my case ) answered the phone and fixed my computer right then!!! And at a price I can afford! Tonight, follow up consisted of helping me with my incompetence--the box is bug free and faster than before, but it's only 2 days and counting, so stay tuned, But I'm in danger of getting hooked on service like this. If the whole company performs like Zino so far, using this company is a no brainer. I'm a tech dunce and need a nerd in my back pocket, but up till now, I couldn't afford the luxury.
