GBIssuetrak is Amazing! Issuetrak is simple, clean and concise. The onboarding process for Issuetrak is easy to pick up and there are lots of different settings to play with to customise the system to suit your needs. There are many functions to help run the ticket system and these can be left in the background to carry out certain processes. Overall, the system is fantastic. Very simple and clean with plenty of customisation.
