TimeSolv Brought Us Out of the Dark Ages & Increased Revenue This system is so much more efficient than the massive Excel file we had everyone entering their time on. The system was fairly easy to learn for employees of all IT levels. Some of the settings assigned to clients and projects can feel a little counterintuitive to begin with, but their support staff was great during our transition. Our company has definitely increased our number of billable hours, now that we have a certain way to track the work being done for each client and project.

TimeSolv has room for improvements TimeSolv has room for improvements. The program forces you to download many of its reports rather than allowing us to preview them online first. Second, manipulation of invoice format is cryptic. Unless you know what you’re doing you’ll spend a lot of time hunting. The program is not as powerful as TimeSlips, which I used in the past until it become too pricey. Lastly I don’t think TimeSolv should double the charge for a second timekeeper in a small office; one fee should cover up to 5 users.

Each person is assigned to their own profile and can enter their hours anywhere and anytime. It is also very easy to generate invoices and sending invoices. Our firm have used this program for about ten years and loved it.

Excellent Time Tracking & Billing Platform This is a comprehensive, easy to use, law firm billing software that does everything that it should do, very very well. If you need a time tracking platform that easily manages invoices, billing, payments, and trust accounts, I highly recommend TimeSolv.

Overall Timesolv is a good product with… Overall Timesolv is a good product with great potential for time tracking, invoicing and general business practice management. Recently they deployed a new dashboard and analytics module which has been helpful, but still needs some work. Overall if you're looking for extreme customization, this tool may not be for you, but if you're looking for a product to get things organized and user friendly, go for it!
