GBI noticed that we had a discrepancy on… I noticed that we had a discrepancy on our account billing (a credit) and sent a message to the support team. Jessamyn confirmed there was a system wide glitch, which made the error, but let me know that if there was a refund available on our account they were leaving as is. I thought it was so generous that they had a glitch and let us keep the benefit. That shows excellent customer service, in my opinion. Jessamyn was the rep that helped me and she was delightful to work with. We love working with Number Barn for our phone number needs.

GBNumber Barn is the most economical… Number Barn is the most economical solution to vanity numbers. I searched with other companies but no company came close in pricing. The porting out process was smooth and every customer service agent has replied promptly.

CAI was using numberbarn over 4 years for… I was using numberbarn over 4 years for all my vanity number needs. And successfully ported out to wireless carriers on an as needed basis until May 2023. 7 canadian phone numbers I had parked with them are found can not be registered for whatsap. That means I can not use that numbers anymore. Finally ended up deleting all my vanity numbers deleting and closing my account with numberbarn. All the costs for tge numbers and the parking cost were lost. They have refunded only one month parking fee . If you are planning to buy any numbers please enter on whatsap ( pretend changing number ) and check the compatibility .

Due to bank fraud my credit card# was changed and I failed to update it with NumberBarn so my account became delinquent. I sent an emailed describing my situation to the team and they were very kind and offered to forgive the reconnection fees, which could have been hundreds of dollars! Whew!!!
